Vulkem® Quick Systems
Vulkem® Quick Systems is a polyurethane-modified methylmethacrylate based unique liquid waterproofing system. This combination means that the completed system is rapidly ready for use, and applied during the winter period at low temperatures.
Vulkem® Quick System is a UV, crack-bridging and wear-resistant waterproofing system with aesthetic appeal. The components cure to form a foot trafficable and waterproof system.Suitable for installation on new or old concrete, metal, wood, tiles, epoxy and other types of existing deck coatings.
PU-10 Liquid Coating Kit
SIGnature PU-10 is a single component polyurethane liquid membrane that is easy to apply and fast-curing for existing roofing systems. Its formulation creates a bubble-free, fast curing, single coat application roofing system.
Both formats can be applied above 5°C all year round, with only localised reinforcing as required, creating a durable liquid applied system.
PU-20 Liquid Coating Kit
SIGnature PU-20 Liquid Coating Kit is a two-component polyurethane liquid system. It includes a separate tin of curing agent to produce a highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion suitable for many types of surfaces. To improve drying times, the curing agent,SIGnature PU-20 Accelerator, is added to boost mechanical properties, hardness and chemical resistance.
This solution is suitable for new build and refurbishment applications. With several primer options available to suit the existing roof covering or substrate. Fibre-reinforced detailing liquids, tapes and pastes are also available to cover all parts of the roof to provide a complete solution. See component table below.
