PC – 20 C

The PC-20 system is for refurbishment projects where an overlay is used for existing systems, to avoid a costly strip up. A high performance, two coat waterproofing system with moisture triggered polyurethane for sloping roofs that carries a 20-year independently insured guarantee. It is suitable to apply to common types of water proofing including mastic asphalt, bituminous membranes and single-ply.

PR – 20

The PR-20 is a resin-based and cold-applied liquid waterproofing system and part of the Langley Pararapide range. Pararapide is a two-component high-performing PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) system. It has acatalytic action ensuring a quick, controlled curing time even at low temperatures.

With a wet-on-wet application of components, it has a total cure time of approximately three hours. It has a skid-inhibiting finish, making it an ideal system for stairways, balcony areas and access walkways. A 20 year independently insured guarantee included.

PQ – 20 W Paraquartz

The PQ-20 W (warm roof) is a cold applied liquid waterproofing system. Paraquartz is an advanced, high performance, quick curing, and moisture triggered polyurethane waterproofing system with an anti-skid surface for walkways, balcony areas and flat roofs. PQ - 20W includes a 20 year* independently insured guarantee.

Great for situations requiring an anti-skid finish on a refurbishment or new build project. Where conditions allow, an overlay can be applied to existing systems, avoiding costly strip-ups.

PQ– 20 W is suitable for all roof decks (timber boarding will need a nailed attachment layer in accordance with BS 8747:2007).
